Seniors
ICC offers the following programs specific to Seniors:
The Home Friends Program offers services to persons 60 years of age and older. In some cases, disabled consumers 18 years of age and older. All participants must be income eligible. The Home Friends Program was developed to assist aged or disabled adults who are functionally limited in performance of essential daily activities.
Services Include:
Light Housekeeping
Meal Related Assistance
Laundry
Escort Services
Companionship
In addition to the above, ICC offers services to Seniors via our other programs, such as:
Table to Table Food Distribution – Weekly food distribution of fresh foods. *Delivery available to certain zip codes.
Family Success Centers – Our FSC’s provide programming specific to the needs and interest of Seniors within the Ironbound Community i.e. Senior support groups, advocacy, and case management.
